Emergency Service Calls

Service calls are provided upon request and are usually scheduled as they are received, in the order, they are received. Most service calls are answered within 24 hours of request depending on weather conditions. The service call fee includes up to One (1) hour of the technician's time in order to diagnose the problem. It does not include however, any parts or equipment needed in order to repair the problem. If the issue(s) is/are repairable without the need for any additional parts or equipment and it can be resolved within the service call time, the total cost of the service call shall not exceed $350.00 Additional Hours to be billed at $95.00 Per Hour
